Introduction to Change Up Learning

Username Menu

The menu under your username (top right corner) takes you to the following sections of Change Up Learning:

    • Profile – Edit your name and nickname.

    • Account – Update your password.

    • Courses – Search the library of Change Up Learning courses.

    • Certificates – Access and download your certificates.

    • Training Data Report – See your course progress and compliance status, if applicable.

    • Log Out – Sign out of your account.

Sidebar Navigation Menu

On the left side of your screen, a vertical sidebar navigation menu appears and includes the following sections:

  • Welcome – When you are logged into your account, find announcements here, the group(s) you are part of, an overview of your training data, access to your certificates, and more!

  •  Admin Dashboard – If you are an administrator for your organization, you have access to a dashboard of data reports and additional learning tools.

  •  Learn – Search the library of Change Up Learning courses.

  • Play – Learn about our monthly contests.

  • Explore – Visit our Explore blog to review related articles and resources.

  • Certificates – Access and download your certificates.

Contacting Change Up Learning

If you have questions or are experiencing issues with the Change Up Learning platform:

  1. Click the live chat button (the yellow icon at the bottom right of every page). Note that our help desk is available from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm ET.  If you need help outside of this time frame, please leave a message, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
  2. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
