Devices

Our courses are currently optimized for desktop computers and laptops. For the best learning experience, we recommend courses to be completed via a desktop or laptop. If you complete courses on a phone or tablet, course layout, and learning experience may vary from a computer. We’re looking forward to improving mobile options for you in the near future!

Finding a Course

Organization Accounts

If you’re a registered user, there are two main ways to find your courses:

  • Click on the down arrow next to your name (Name ⌄)  on the top right of any page, then click on “Courses.”
  • Click on Learn (next to the light bulb icon) from the vertical menu on the left. Once on your Learn page, you will be able to filter courses by a variety of criteria or also search for the title of the course you’re looking for if you know the title.

Individual Accounts

If you haven’t purchased a course or subscription yet, please head to our landing page and scroll down to view all courses that can be purchased.

If you are part of an organization and do not see any courses, contact Change Up Learning to ensure your account is linked to the correct group.

Course Progression

All courses are set up with linear progression, which means a learner needs to complete the previous lesson in order to advance to the next lesson. Almost all videos are required viewing and will automatically pause if you click away from your browser.

A button “Next Lesson” will appear on the bottom right of each page after you complete a lesson. You can also click on the next lesson in the outline on the left.

To request support on any course progression challenges, please contact us by clicking on the yellow chat icon on the bottom right.

Course Completion

Click on the down arrow next to your name on the top right of any page, then click on Courses. Alternatively, you can also click on the Learn button on the left side panel to see your courses as well.

You will see the percentage of completion for each of your courses. If you have completed a course entirely, the percentage shown under the progress bar will be 100%, and the course will show a completed sign. If you’re still in progress, you’ll be able to see what percent of the course you finished so far.
