LitCamp Powered by LiteracyPro, Grades 3-5

This webinar provides an overview of Scholastic’s LitCamp Powered by LiteracyPro Summer Rising literacy program for grades 3-5. It will focus on supporting educators with how to access implementation materials for teaching, learning, and to support a home/school connection. This session will provide the opportunity to review the LitCamp Powered by LiteracyPro instructional model, along with the digital pace guide. During this webinar, educators will learn more about the program’s supplemental digital components and explore how they enhance the LitCamp experience. Access session materials here.

If your Summer Rising Principal-in-Charge opted in to use centrally provided curricula, digital curriculum is accessible to DOE teachers via TeachHub. Reminder that students must be programmed in STARs.

The curriculum will be available beginning this Friday in the new Summer Rising section of TeachHub.(http://teachhub.schools.nyc/)  Sites will need to program their students in STARs in order to receive access to the digital curriculum.  We also have demo accounts for Scholastic and Imagine Learning so that support teams and site supervisors can assist their schools.  Please see the credentials here.  Note that these accounts should only be used for support and not for instruction in the classroom as all features may not be present within the demo accounts.
