Opportunities for College Credit

Are you ready to enroll in college? Or, are you already enrolled in City University of NY (CUNY)?

Good news: Change Up Learning trainings translate to college credits!

Through Change Impact’s partnership with CUNY, you can secure credits toward your degree at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) or School for Professional Studies (SPS) through CUNY’s Credit for Prior Learning policy. Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) is an academic process that offers students the opportunity to earn credits for college-level learning acquired outside the traditional classroom. The SPS Youth Studies program is an online bachelor’s degree – accessible from anywhere in the country!

When you’re part of the Change Up Learning community, you can access up to six credits tuition-free for training you complete!

Check out the information below to determine which pathway is right for you! If you want to learn how to sign up for Change Up Learning or to ask questions, contact us at [email protected]

Note: CPL is an on-ramp to pursue a degree; CPL credits become void if further courses are not pursued within one year. If after you enroll in BMCC or SPS you decide to transfer to another CUNY school, these CPL credits will transfer to your next school. You can look at how these CPL credits transfer to other schools here.
