Youth development professionals are often the backbone of communities, consistently showing up for program participants and families. While dealing with difficult circumstances and daily challenges, it is important to take a moment to reset the mind and spirit. This session will provide an opportunity to connect with ourselves, each other, and truly make time for joy in our busy schedules.
