While trauma-informed practices were widely used before the pandemic, they’re likely to be even more integral as students experience economic hardships and grieve the loss of family and friends.

Normalize feelings through forums and spaces for compassionate listening where students and staff can share, discuss, and process their common experiences relative to COVID-19.
